Paygent is a wallet your AI agents pay from. You add money, connect an agent and give it a daily limit. The agent can ask to pay, and nothing is paid until you approve it with your PIN.
How it works
- Open a wallet at paygenthq.online, confirm your phone and set your approval PIN.
- Add money by bank transfer to your wallet account number, direct debit or stablecoin.
- Connect an agent with the Paygent connector (steps below). When it connects, you approve it with your PIN and choose its slot: a name, a daily limit and the tools it may use.
- Ask your agent to buy something. At the checkout it prepares the payment and asks you. You see who is paid, how much and why, and approve with your PIN on Paygent’s website or phone app.
- The agent pays and files the receipt. Every payment is kept in Activity under the agent that made it.
Connect an agent
Every agent uses the same connector: name Paygent, address https://paygenthq.online/mcp. Each agent you approve gets its own slot, up to five.
Claude
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Or in your Paygent wallet, open Agents, choose Connect an agent, then Claude: it opens this window filled in.

Works in Claude on the web, the desktop app and the phone app.
ChatGPT
- The first time only: open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Open chatgpt.com/plugins and choose Add to open “Create custom MCP server”.

- Open grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, then Custom.

Le Chat (Mistral)
- Open Intelligence, then Connectors, then Add Connector, and choose the Custom MCP Connector tab.

Perplexity
- Open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom remote connector.

Needs Perplexity Pro or higher.
Gemini
- On a computer, open gemini.google.com, then Settings, then Connected Apps, then Add a custom app.

Google offers custom apps only to personal accounts in the United States for now.
Another agent
If your agent can add a remote MCP connector with OAuth sign-in, add https://paygenthq.online/mcp as a custom connector named Paygent, then approve it on the Paygent page it opens.
What an agent can do
Paygent gives an agent a fixed set of tools, listed under Settings, Agent tools. You can switch any of them off for each slot on the Agents page.

What an agent can never do
- Approve its own payment, or see your PINs.
- Raise its daily limit or switch its tools on.
- Add money, withdraw, or see your bank details or full balance.
- Change the recipient or the amount after you approve.
Stay in control
- Pause an agent to stop it paying while it stays connected. Resuming needs your PIN.
- Disconnect an agent to remove its access at once. Its payments and receipts stay in your wallet.
- Paygent warns you on the approval screen when a recipient’s name doesn’t match the merchant, or when it’s your first payment to them.
